- National Events (e.g., Technology Olympics): Deployment in Tehran or nearby cities (such as Pardis) is mandatory for timely presence and coordination at the venue.
- Continuous and Developmental Activities: For post-event R&D projects, priority is given to enthusiasts based in the Northern Innovation Hub (Babol, Amol, Mahmoudabad, and Babolsar).
- Nationwide: Enthusiasts from other provinces can register in our database to be invited for future events in their region.
Areas of Cooperation
Field Operations & Executive Team
The beating heart of the event on match days. Responsibilities include managing the pit stops (backstage), guiding teams to the battle cage on schedule, and maintaining the order and flow of the matches.
Technical and Safety Committee (Safety & Tech)
Conducting technical inspections of the robots before they enter the arena (weigh-ins, dimensional checks, and radio system verification), testing weapons, and strictly enforcing compliance with all safety protocols.
Media & Content Creation
Capturing pure adrenaline! Action videography, photographing the teams' stress-filled moments in the pits, rapid video editing for social media, and assisting with live broadcast management (RoboNIT TV).
Public Relations & Reception (Registration)
Our primary communication bridge with the participants. Guiding teams on registration/check-in day, issuing ID cards, answering questions, and managing official information and announcement channels.
